Operation and Management of Blackheath Caravan Park.

 

The Council operates the Blackheath Caravan Park as a commercial business activity.  The Park is located on Prince Edward Street at Blackheath located in the world heritage listed Blue Mountains of New South Wales.

 

The Council is seeking offers from suitably skilled and experienced entities that can operate and manage its Caravan Park with vision and an entrepreneurial spirit in order to turn it into a truly viable commercial business venture, maximise its growth potential and optimise its return and value to the community

Conditions for Participation

The Conditions for Participation are mandatory requirements, which describe minimum standards that suppliers must meet for their submissions to be considered. If Tenderers do not meet the Conditions of Participation, they will be excluded from the tender evaluation process.

The Tenderer must be an acceptable legal entity. It is Council’s policy not to trade with any organisation that does not hold a registered ABN.

The Tenderer and subcontractors must not be bankrupt or insolvent.

The Tenderer shall declare and provide details of any occurrence, within 5 years prior to submitting a Tender, where the Tenderer has been found guilty of breaching any Act or Regulation. Such Acts include, without limitation:

iii.       Occupational Health & Safety Act 2000 (NSW)

iv.       Workplace Injury Management & Workers Compensation Act 1998 (NSW)
