Tender Details
The successful contractor will safely and efficiently deliver a quality, contemporary, family friendly film based event with a target audience per night of 1000-3000 attendees. Each event night will operate for approximately four hours, with public access from 7pm, screening commencing from dusk, and concluding with crowd dissemination following conclusion of the film.
Council will provide the use of site; all marketing, marketing, media, publicity and sponsorship; and coordinator of internal Council stakeholder relationships, with all other aspects to be delivered by the successful contractor.
