WSROC / Tender for Auburn Civic Centre Revitalisation Project - T-2018-030

Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations to provide design and construct services for the external façade revitalisation of the Auburn Civic Centre existing four storey building comprising of common carpark on basement level, police station and council offices in the northern portion of the building incorporating an atrium connecting the ground floor, level one and level two, town hall multipurpose space and council chambers in the south eastern portion of the building on the ground floor and level one, library in the western portion of the building on basement level, ground floor and level one, with two small retail tenancies located on the ground floor facing Auburn Road. The building is bound by Susan Street to the east, Auburn Road to the west, Queen Street to the north and adjacent properties to the north and southin accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFT.
