WSROC / Open Space Maintenance - C4/2017

The services under this contract include grass cutting, gardening maintenance and the removal of litter, broken glass and dumped rubbish within Blacktown City Council area.

A number of sites have been selected and distributed across 2 areas of the City as separable portions of the contract being the Eastern Contract Area - Open Space and the Western Contract Area - Open Space.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

A non-mandatory pre-tender briefing meeting will be held in the Function Centre, Level 1, Max Webber Library, Cnr Flushcombe Road and Alpha Street, Blacktown at 10:00am on 15 February 2017. It is strongly recommended that all prospective tenderers attend this meeting. Tenderers must register their participation with the contact person.

Tender Submission Documents including all required information and any supporting information must be submitted in accordance with the Conditions of Tendering in the Tender Documents.

Adobe Reader is required to electronically complete the Tender Submission Documents.

Tenders may be submitted either by use of electronic means via the website, https://tenders.nsw.gov.au/wsroc/ or by hardcopy form in a sealed envelope and placed in the tender box located on the ground floor of Blacktown City Council Civic Centre, 62 Flushcombe Road, Blacktown.
