Blacktown City Council (Council) invites tenders from valuation organisations, appropriately qualified and experienced in all aspects of providing valuation advice that affect a local government authority, for the provision of property valuation services, for a period of four (4) years. This request for Tender (RFT) outlines the minimum response criteria including the scope of services to be provided, specific requirements, information to be provided, fee structure and supporting documentation.

The city of Blacktown is situated approximately 35km from Sydney and is bounded by the Local Government Areas (LGA's ) of Penrith; Parramatta; Holroyd; Hawkesbury and The Hills Shire. It occupies an area of 246.9 sq kilometres.
