Tender Details

This tender is for Contract No. 19 – 2015 – Non-Exclusive supply of aquatic and fitness apparel for Blacktown City aquatic and leisure centres. These are Blacktown Leisure Centre Stanhope, Blacktown Aquatic Centre, Emerton Leisure Centre, Riverstone Swimming Centre and Mount Druitt Swimming Centre with the method of payment being Schedule of Rates.

Some of the venues have purpose build retail spaces and others have spaces allocated for wall mounted and/or display cases/racking. Identified within this specification, tenderers are invited to submit for all or all of the centres.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Additional Details / Instructions

The contract(s) shall be for an initial period of two (2) years and subject to satisfactory performance during the initial period, may be extended for a further period of two years. One or more companies may be selected.

Tenders responses are to be lodged in accordance with the instructions in the returnable schedules and received in Council's Tender Box prior to closure at 12.00 noon on Wednesday 15 July 2015 (or at such other time and date as advised in writing). All other non-electronic material must be lodged in the designated Tender Box, located at the Ground Floor, Council Civic Centre, 62 Flushcombe Road, Blacktown NSW 2148.
