WSROC / Cumberland Employment and Innovation Lands Strategy and Land Use Planning Framework - Q-2016-022

Quotations are invited from suitably qualified and experienced companies for the preparation of a leading-edge, forward-looking strategy for employment and innovation lands located in Cumberland Local Government Area. The strategy will also require the preparation of an accompanying land use planning framework for use in guiding implementation of the directions identified in the strategy. Formal responses must be submitted.

Responses must be submitted via electronic lodgement on the NSW eTendering site. Submissions via email and fax are not acceptable. Submissions close at 2pm on Tuesday 4^th April 2017.

 

Tenderers are required to comply with the Local Government (General) Regulation 2005 and the NSW Government Code of Practice and Code of Tendering. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

 

Tenderers and members of the public are invited to attend the opening of tenders immediately after the closing time.
