This request for quote (RFQ41/2012) seeks to identify suitably qualified and experienced company(s) interested in becoming a non-exclusive preferred supplier for the sale of Aquatic and/or Fitness apparel in the designated retail area within the Blacktown Leisure Centre Stanhope. It is envisaged that the company (s) would be suitably qualified with experience and an established reputation within the aquatic and/or fitness industry for the supply of quality merchandise in a similar environment.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Additional Details / Instructions

All submissions in strict requirements of this brief and registration form must be submitted as a HARDCOPY in a sealed envelope and addressed ‘Request for Quote – Aquatic & Fitness Apparel: Non-Exclusive Retail Space - Blacktown Leisure Centre Stanhope.’

The forms at the back of the RFQ document, together with the WHS129 and WHS183 forms all must be printed off, completed and signed and submitted as the Quotation together with any other information required.

RFQ submissions must be lodged in HARDCOPY in the Tender Box on the Ground Floor of the Civic Centre, 62 Flushcombe Road, Blacktown

Conditions for Participation

The submissions must include the completed registration form

If required, a site visit to see the retail space may be arranged by appointment only through Krissie Bredin

Furthermore, the panel may request suppliers to make a presentation during the evaluation period, if clarification of the submission is required.
