Tender Details

This Tender is for Contract No. 12/2016 – Tree Maintenance and Tree Planting for Blacktown City Council with the method of payment being Schedule of Rates subject to Rise and Fall in costs.

Tree maintenance and tree planting is required on public property (including public reserves, Council properties, car park verges) and footways and medians. However, trees on medians on State Roads are the responsibility of the RMS.

The Works under this contract are divided into separable portions and tenderers must tender rates for all the Pay Items in a separable portion if tendering for that separable portion.

Council may award each separable portion to one or several tenderers.

The Principal may distribute the work either as a single project in a separable portion or a group of projects within any separable portion or several separable portions, in a manner best suiting the interests of Council and therefore cannot guarantee that each successful tenderer will receive equal amounts of work.
