Tender Details

Blacktown City Council (BCC) is seeking proposals for the reliable and cost effective supply of Project Management / Surveying Services on an as required basis for an initial period of four (4) years.

The purpose of this Request for Tender is to appoint two (2) panels of qualified and experienced legal entities; (i) to provide land and property project management for land development within the Property Services Section, and (ii) to provide surveying services to Council. Tenders will be accepted for either one or both panels. The successful tenderers, who are appointed to the panels, may be requested to submit quotations for individual projects, as deemed necessary.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Additional Details / Instructions

Tenders are to be submitted on Council's standard forms, Tender Schedules in Part F at the end of the downloaded document. Any other relevant documentation should also be enclosed. CD/memory stick submissions are required in parallel to the hard copy submissions. The electronic media must contain all the related tender submission files, saved as individual files in PDF format in the same sections used in Council’s tender document (i.e. not as one single PDF file). Tenderers must ensure that all digital data is virus free.

Tenders responses are to be lodged manually in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Provision of Project Management / Surveying Services Contract C09-2012' and received in Council's Tender Box prior to closure at 12 noon Wednesday 4 April, 2012 (or at such other time and date as advised in writing). All tenders must be lodged in the designated Tender Box, located at the Ground Floor, Council Civic Centre, 62 Flushcombe Road, Blacktown NSW 2148.
