WSROC / Supply of equipment and Production Services for Council Events - T-2013-011

The Auburn Festival is Council’s signature event, celebrating the cultural diversity of the region through music, dance, art and food. The event is currently held in Wyatt Park, Lidcombe and attracts approximately 35,000 attendees..

Council is seekinga single supplier to fulfil all of the event’s equipment and structural requirements. This includes 2 main stages with covers and shade extensions, various marquees, separate shade structures and fete stalls. The sound system component and operation is also to be included There are also Portaloo, daymaker, generator and temporary fencing components.

In addidtion to the Festival the selected Contractor will be used for various adhoc events held throughout the Auburn LGA over the term of the contract.
