- Environmental Management
- Corporate Social Responsibility & Ethical Practices
- General response to the brief, understanding of project scope of work and methodology proposed for fulfilling the brief
- Value for money based on submission showing/ listing items to be included for tender price.
- Demonstrated experience in similar projects
- Qualifications and experience of key personnel and nominated sub-contractors
- Proposed project timeline and demonstrated ability to meet this timeline.
