Emerton Leisure Centre (ELC) is located on the corner of Jersey and Popendetta Roads, Emerton. ELC provides a range of aquatic, health and recreation facilities, programs and services, with a key focus on Learn to Swim programs and open 12 months a year.
This Expression of Interest seeks to identify suitably qualified and experienced consultants interested in tendering for the planning and design services required to undertake a masterplan for the Emerton Leisure Centre. It is anticipated that the masterplanning process may include:
(i) A comprehensive review of existing facilities, including plant, equipment and structural infrastructure in order to provide direction for future growth and expansion of the facility, including consideration of comparable and nearby facilities.
(ii) Consultation with various key stakeholders
(iii) Production of masterplan concepts and presentation of these to stakeholders
(iv) Design development and documentation of preferred masterplan
(v) Quantity Surveying throughout project and at key stages
(vi) Production of an Asset Management Plan for Emerton Leisure Centre.
