Site 1 is located on the eastern side of the Westlink M7 at Rooty Hill.
Under the Transport Corridor Outdoor Advertising and Signage Guidelines, these sites would be classified as "spectacular".
The proposed development has the following elements:
- Erection of a new twin sided advertising structure.
- Mounting of two 18.99m x 4.50m front lit advertising signs on the new structure at Site 1.
- Connection to power (via trenching and installation of underground cables) if required. Solar and wind power sources are being considered.
- Stabilisation of disturbed areas.
- Display and management of advertisements.
