Transport of Bulk Garden Organics from Katoomba Resource Recovery and Waste Management Facility and ANL's Blayney Organics Processing Facility.
Council has recently introduced a new Kerbside Garden Organics Collection Service; which commenced on Monday 4 July 2016. The service involves the collection from 240 litre MGBs across the City with each residential property able to access the service every second week. Collected garden organic material is then transported to Katoomba Resource Recovery & Waste Management Facility in compactor trucks to be bulked and then loaded out for transport to Australian Native Landscapes’ Organics Processing Facility at Blayney.

All Tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement (Code) that is current at the date of issue of this Request for Tender. The ability of a Tenderer to demonstrate compliance with the Code is an essential condition of these Conditions.
All Tenderers must comply with Council’s Business Ethics Policy attached as Appendix 3.
A Tenderer must be a legal entity; and
must have a registered Australian Business Number (ABN) and be registered for GST purposes with the Australian Taxation Office.
