Asphaltic Concrete Patching and Pavement Renewal
The works under this contract include: small area patching using a rubber tyred excavator small area patching using a profiler large area patching using a rubber tyred excavator large area patching using a profiler sealing of the joint between patches and the existing pavement when directed pavement renewal using a profiler and provision of either a one (1) coat sprayed bitumen seal and asphaltic concrete wearing couse or a two (2) coat sprayed bitumen seal pavement renewal using a grader and provision of either a one (1) coat sprayed bitumen seal and asphaltic concrete wearing course or a two (2) coat sprayed bitumen seal Tenderers must tender for all the above works. Council may award the complete works or part(s) of the works to one or several tenderers.

Utilities Meter Inventory Audit
Auburn City Council is seeking technical assistance from a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to conduct an audit of Council’s energy and water meters. The project is to ensure that each meter is correctly identified and linked to a Council property, integrated into its billing and property databases and that Council is not paying for non-Council usage or being charged for a service that is no longer provided. Following the completion of the meter audit, provide information to update Council‘s asset management system and establish a meter updating protocol to keep disposals and acquisitions up to date. This project is funded through the Waste and Sustainability Improvement Payment (WaSIP) Program for 2011-2012 and is required to be reported back to the EPA NSW by the end of 2012.
