Tender Details
The Corporate Systems Replacement project will:
- Identify a single vendor software solution for Council;
- Review and re-engineer key business processes to best utilise the software platform’s capabilities;
- Deploy the technology and business solution across Council;
- Develop the operations organisation required to maintain and grow the solution;
It is expected that the technology and business process solutions deployed under the Corporate Systems Replacement project will be grown and enhanced by Council to meet business demands over the next 10 years plus.
Consequently, Council is seeking a vendor with a demonstrable and successful track record in similar projects, access to a substantial range of experienced resources, current capability
and capacity to deliver the project and an on-going commitment to expanding both its service and product offering to Local Government.
It is expected that the products and services offered in response to this Request for Tender largely exist and have been deployed successfully into similar sized operations to Council.
All products and services must be backed by superior support services.
