Tender Details

This tender is for Contract No. 1 / 2017 – Watermain Adjustment at Alex Avenue Schofields for Blacktown City Council with the method of payment being Lump Sum, not subject to Rise and Fall in costs.

Tenderers must be currently accredited on the Sydney Water “List of Accredited Suppliers - Constructors (external use)” with W1 capabilities.

The works under this contract will generally include:

• Laying 20m of DN100 SCL concrete encases water main

• Laying 25m of DN100 oPVC PN16 water main

• Associated adjustments.

All work in accordance with Case No. 152629PW and WSA 03 (Sydney Water Edition) v3.1.

 

The tendered lump sum price shall be inclusive of GST

Conditions for Participation

A conforming tender MUST comply with the following:

• The requirements of the Conditions of Tendering

• Your company must be currently accredited on the Sydney Water “List of Accredited Suppliers - Constructors (external use)” with W1capabilities

• All formal tender submission documents must be completed in full and included in your tender submission, together with all relevant verification documentation

• Your tender must not include any of your own conditions or provisions or change any of Council’s conditions

• Your work health and safety system must comply with the NSW WHS Act 2011 and WHS Regulation 2011

 

• Wages must be paid in accordance with a federal modern award relevant to the works to be carried out under the contract, or a registered enterprise agreement that complies with the Fair Work Act 2009 that covers employees to be used for the works under this contract. A copy of the modern award or EA must be submitted and a letter from Fair Work Australia to confirm compliance of the EA with the Fair Work Act 2009.
