Tender Details

The purpose of this Request for Tender is to seek the services Work in the Land and Environment Court in regard to Building and Development Control, Industrial relations and employee related issues, Matters generally pertaining to the Local Government Act, Environmental Planning & Assessment Act and related Acts and Regulations, Debt recovery (including rates), Taxation matters pertaining to Local Government, Commercial Issues, General legal advice and support for the Chief Governance Officer, Legal Manager and Legal Officer in regard to all aspects of Council’s operations and Representing Council in prosecutions.

The Contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years, with an option by Council to extend for a further two (2) x one (1) year periods. It is envisaged that Council may select up to 3 Contractors to perform the Services specified, and the selection of those Contractors will be based on the Evaluation Criteria.
