The Hills Shire Council is seeking Tenders from suitably experienced project management firms capable of providing an integrated suite of services to deliver the outcomes required in the Design and Development Phase that includes the preparation of a Development Application for Council’s Terminus Street Carpark site located within the Terminus Street Precinct, Castle Hill Major Centre, Castle Hill. The estimated project value is $150-180 million.
