WSROC / PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES - T-05-73

Auburn City Council aims to obtain tenders from suitably qualified companies to provide Security Services for Auburn City Council’s properties.

Council considers that the services should be performed by direct staff engagement without the need to subcontract.

 Services required include:

·         24/7 “help desk”

·         Back to base alarm monitoring

·         Maintenance of the Security Alarm Systems

·         Alarm response

·         Locking and Unlocking of specified Council public toilets, public parks and carparks

·         Static Guards for Libraries and the Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre

·         Security Patrol Services

·         Crowd Control

Daily cash collection from various points is offered as a separable portion, but may be included in a single contract.

 The Contract will be for a period of two (2) years with further two (2) x one (1) year options to extend, each at the Principal’s discretion.
