Tender Details

Park Revitalisation and Car Park Construction adjacent to Wentworth Falls Lake.

Wentworth Falls Lake high use area is currently Council’s only parkland area designated for regional use.  It is not up to a standard expected of a regional facility and this project addresses a wide range of types of work to create an overall improvement in visitor experience, accessibility and environmental management.

This Request of Tender (RFT) encompasses the park revitalisation and car park construction works adjacent to Wentworth Falls Lake.

The Council is seeking a Contractor who is experienced in the identified works and has the resources available to start and complete the works to a very tight time line. All works have to be completed and handed over before mid August 2011.

The Tenderer must be an acceptable legal entity. It is Council’s policy not to trade with any organisation that does not hold a registered ABN.

The Tenderer and subcontractors must not be bankrupt or insolvent.

The Tenderer shall declare and provide details of any occurrence, within 5 years prior to submitting a Tender, where the Tenderer has been found guilty of breaching any Act or Regulation. Such Acts include, without limitation:
