The Western Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils Ltd (WSROC) is seeking proposals from suitable consultants for the provision of services resulting in a number of local deliberative community forums across Western Sydney.
The forums are to be conducted according to contemporary principles of public participation and deliberative democracy. However the forums will not be promoted as “deliberative democracy”as the Program cannot guarantee that any recommendations arising from the forums will necessarily influence decision making.

A tender briefing has also been scheduled for Wednesday 26th May 2010, to be held at Blacktown City Councils main office (Narimba Room) Flushcombe Road Blacktown commencing at 10.30 am. The briefing is not mandatory and pre-booking will not be necessary.
