Tender Details

Blacktown City Council invites Tenders from fleet owners and expressions of interest from lorry owner drivers for the hire of tipper trucks, with drivers, for the financial year 2010-2011.

Three types of trucks are envisaged to be hired:

(1) 2 axle tipper trucks (i.e. single rear axle) with minimum capacity of 5.78 cubic metres (as specified in the Transport Industry Excavated Materials, Consolidated Contract Determination).

(2) 3 axle tipper trucks (i.e. bogie rear axle) with minimum capacity of 9 cubic metres (as specified in the Transport Industry Excavated Materials Consolidated Contract Determination).

(3) Tipper truck and dog trailer combination

Tender Submission Documents are attached below in MS Word format. Fleet owners shall complete Tender Form(A) and Forms A1 to A3 . Lorry owner drivers shall complete Expressions of Interest Form(B) and Forms B1 to B3.

Tenders or Expressions of Interest shall be submitted with completed OHS129 and scanned copies of certificates of insurance and registration for the trucks tendered.
