East Hills Park Carpark - T06-16

 

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the construction of a car park and associated lighting works at East Hills Park off Henry Lawson Drive, East Hills. 

 

Works generally include:

 

(a)           Demolition and disposal of existing road pavement.

 

(b)           Construction of minor stormwater pipes and pits.

 

(c)           Reconstruction of kerb and gutter sections, road pavement and concrete stencilled islands.

 

(d)           Construction of a guardrail.

 

(e)           Supply and Installation of associated ASP1 (Approved Service Provider) electrical and lighting Ausgrid works.

 

(f)            Construction of driveway crossings.

 

(g)           Supply and installation of line marking and sign posting.

 

(h)           Supply and installation of turf and tree removals (replacement of trees by others).

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Council will conduct a compulsory briefing for potential Tenderers to be held as follows:

Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing, or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.
