Blacktown City Council (BCC) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced person(s), firms or entities for the Design and implementation of the Victoria Street stormwater harvesting and reuse scheme.
This includes the:
• design of the stormwater harvesting system including the inlet, pump station/s, mechanical and electrical components (pumps, filters etc.)
• supply and installation of all mechanical and electrical components and
• commissioning the scheme.

Additional Details / Instructions
The stormwater and harvesting scheme is to be fully operational by 6 months of signing the contract.
The initial period of the Contract will be for 1 year with an option in favour of Council for a further period of 1-year extension subject to satisfactory performance, and Council requirements.
Blacktown City Council is a local authority constituted under the Local Government Act 1993. Blacktown City Council is one of the largest Councils in Australia and is a leader in stormwater management.
Council reserves the right to select a single supplier.
Suppliers will be selected with the proven ability to provide the services detailed in the scope of works.
A non-mandatory tender briefing/site inspection will be held at 10am 17 September 2019 at 32 Victoria Street, Mount Druitt (proposed harvesting point).
