The works are to provide plant, labour and site management resources for bulk earthworks operations as required for clearing, remediation and regrading at the site proposed for Wrights Rd Reserve. Situated on the corner of Wrights Rd and Harrington Rd, Castle Hill, facilities at the completed reserve will include playing fields and other sporting and recreation areas, community centre and amenities buildings, cycleway, footpaths, garden and bushland revegetation areas.
