Tender Details

Blue Mountains Cultural Centre World Heritage Interpretive Centre Stage 2 Exhibition Production and Fit out Installation.  Hassell Pty Ltd (Hassell) is the architect for the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre and will undertake the design and documentation for the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre fit out. Contractors engaged through this RFT process will liaise closely with Hassell, through the BMCC Project Manager, to ensure that the overall design vision for the facility is met.

Conditions for Participation

The Conditions for Participation are mandatory requirements, which describe minimum standards that Tenderers must meet for their submissions to be considered. If Tenderers do not meet the Conditions for Participation, they will be excluded from the tender evaluation process.

The Conditions for Participation are:

a) The Tenderer must be an acceptable legal entity. It is the Council’s policy not to trade with any organisation that does not hold a registered ABN.

b) The Tenderer and sub-consultants/contractors must not be bankrupt or insolvent.

c) The Tenderer shall declare and provide details of any occurrence, within five (5) years prior to submitting

a Tender, where the Tenderer has been found guilty of breaching any Act or Regulation. Such Acts include, without limitation:

i  Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth)

ii  Industrial Relations Act 1996 (NSW)

iii  Occupational Health & Safety Act 2000 (NSW)

iv  Workplace Injury Management & Workers Compensation Act 1998 (NSW)

v  Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999

vii  Human Rights (Sexual Conduct) Act 1994 (Cth)
