Blacktown City Council (BCC) is seeking proposals from suitable qualified and experienced person/s firms or entities for the UPGRADE OF MECHANICAL SERVICES AT 22 MAIN STREET BLACKTOWN NSW. The period of the Contract ESTIMATED to be for 20 WEEKS.
22 Main Street, Blacktown is a 6 stories office building situated in Blacktown west of Sydney. It was constructed originally in 1986 and consists of 6 levels of offices, ground floor retail tenancies and a single level basement carpark. Each office floor consists of approximately 1300 m2 in total.
The mechanical services installed at 22 Main Street, Blacktown provide comfort air conditioning and mechanical ventilation to the Offices areas within the Building.
