Tender Details

Penrith City Council is seeking Tenders from suitably experienced contractors, for the Construction and Refurbishment of Sporting Amenities and Associated Works at Werrington, Roper Road and Hunter Fields. Experienced contractors include experience in sporting amenities or community local government building works. Council may appoint one tenderer to undertake the whole works or a tenderer to each building subject to the tender evaluation.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Additional Details / Instructions

A non-mandatory site visit will be held on Monday 26 August 2019 starting at 9.30-10am at Hunter Field, Cary and Hunter Street Emu Plains and then at 10.30-11am at Roper Road, 116-130 Roper Road Colyton and 11.30-12pm at Parkes Avenue, 43 Parkes Avenue Werrington. All tenderers will need to register their interest via the email provided below and will also be required to register their attendance on the day.
