Blacktown City Council (BCC) is seeking proposals from suitable qualified and experienced person/s firms or entities for online ‘self-serve’ demographic information website services including Census profiling, mapping, forecast projections and economic data. The initial period of the Contract will be for 3 years with an option in favour of Council for a further period of 2 x 1 year extensions subject to satisfactory performance, and Council requirements.
