Penrith City Council (PCC) is seeking Expression of Interest for Development Managers (DM’s) and Projects Managers (PM’s) operating in the property development and construction sectors are invited to express interest in being pre-qualified for a panel that will be used to procure services for Penrith City Council’s property development projects in the Penrith Local Government Area.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).

Additional Details / Instructions

A non-mandatory briefing session will be held at 10:30am, 7 August 2017. Location is the Nepean Room Level 2 at the Council Civic Centre, 601 High Street, Penrith 2750.

All Respondents will need to register their attendance at this meeting, in the name of the organisation in which they will be tendering, including ABN and address. All attendees should notify the contact listed below of their intention to attend the meeting by email.
