Architectural Consultancy Services - Hazelwood Child Care Centre.

The Australian Government has committed to increasing the capacity of the existing Hazelwood Child Care Centre (the Centre), a community-based 38 place long day care Centre on BMCC land. The Centre is located at the Village Shopping Centre, 193 Great Western Highway, Hazelbrook, NSW 2779. BMCC and DEEWR are seeking innovative designs to achieve this increase in capacity through the refurbishment and extension of the Centre.

The Tenderer must be an acceptable legal entity. It is Council’s policy not to trade with any organisation that does not hold a registered ABN.

The Tenderer and subcontractors must not be bankrupt or insolvent.

The Tenderer shall declare and provide details of any occurrence, within 5 years prior to submitting a Tender, where the Tenderer has been found guilty of breaching any Act or Regulation. Such Acts include, without limitation:
