Tender Details

Blue Mountains City Council has secured significant Federal funding for the renewal of the cultural and community precinct in Springwood. .Council seeks tenders from innovative architectural firms experienced in master planning, detailed design and construction documentation of theatres and libraries. .Plans are to be developed in partnership with key stakeholder groups and the local community.

Conditions for Participation

The Tenderer must be an acceptable legal entity. It is Council’s policy not to trade with any person or organisation that does not have a registered ABN.

The Tenderer, or any nominated subcontractors, must not be bankrupt or insolvent or have been a company that has been placed in administration or liquidation or in the case of an individual have a history of bankruptcy.

The Tenderer shall declare and provide details of any occurrence, within 5 years prior to submitting a Tender, where the Tenderer has been found guilty of breaching any Act or Regulation. Such Acts include, without limitation:
