WSROC / PLUMBING REPAIRS AND INSTALLATIONS - T-2011-002

Auburn City Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for

Plumbing Repair and Installation Services.

 

The work offered by Council will comprise a mix of professional plumbing repair and installation services and some maintenance work for a range of Auburn City Council operated buildings and facilities including, but not limited to,

·         Administration areas

·         Aquatic centre (Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre)

·         Child care centres

·         Community centres

·         Council-owned commercial and residential properties

·         Libraries

·         Roadways and footpaths

·         Senior citizens’ centres

·         Sporting fields/grounds and associated facilities

·         Recreation areas and associated facilities

·         Works Depot.

 

Normal working hours will be between 6.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday inclusive, but exclusive of Public Holidays. Contract coverage for emergency breakdowns and other urgent work is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
