Tender Details
Redevelopment of the Swimming Centre consists of the following activities:
1. Full and partial demolition of some of the existing structures, excluding 50m pool.
2. Construction of a new program pool, new splash pad, new shade canopies and new various on-ground single storey extensions to existing structures.
3. Internal alterations and additions to the existing structures including four court and walkways
4. Construction of a new pool filtration system, including separate filtration systems for each pool, and balance tanks for smaller pools.
5. Remediation and upgrading pool infrastructure and finishes.
6. General landscaping and upgrading of signage.
