The Service Agreement is subject to price adjustment of the fixed rates and schedule of rates for corrective and emergency mainteannce services. Price are adjusted in accordeance with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) Inflation from 1 July 2021.

Service Agreement has one extension option of 1.5 years, which is at the sole discretion of Venues NSW.
