Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced Architectural Consultant and Sub-Consultant team for the provision of Consultancy Services for a new Library and Knowledge Centre in Panania.

The Architectural Consultant will be responsible for engagement, management, and co-ordination of the Design Consultant Team for the project ensuring that the agreed scope, time, cost and quality parameters are met.
