Event, Venue & Backfill Security Officer Services - SOH-1366

Organisation capability and experience:

Demonstrated capability and a proven customer service record in the provision of event security, high-end venue and backfill / contingency security guard services in the following environments:

• large public open spaces; 
• Iconic / NSW Government buildings; and
• Public events including theatre and live music environments (moshpits).

Resources and personnel capabilities:

•Demonstrated ability to provide sufficient resources, and scale up for special events as required

•Provision of personnel with experience in the following :

• Management of large security teams during events;
• Incident and emergency management; 
• Police liaison;
• Dealing with members of public;
• Crowd control (Class 1A and 1C licensed); 
• Sound, clear communication skills (including radio); and
• Risk assessment and management

SME Participation:

• Demonstrated commitment to Small to Medium Enterprises (SME), through organisational policies or existing contracts with SMEs
