PART 1: Minimum Demonstrable Requirements – extensive experience (5+ years) in providing workers compensation claims management services in NSW; AND/OR
- extensive experience (5+ years) in providing workers compensation claims management services to government agencies; AND
- have an operational claims technology platform capable of delivering end to end workers compensation claims management services and reporting by the Claims Management Agreement commencement date

PART 2: Compatibility and Capability & PART 3: Scenarios – Respondents were evaluated against the extent to which the response complied with the Statement of Requirements and level to which demonstrates that the Respondent could deliver the Claims Management Services.

PART 4: Pricing – Respondents were evaluated against the extent to which value for money was demonstrated considering the content provided in Parts 2 and 3.

PART 5: Compliance – Respondents were evaluated against their risk profile based on an analysis of the information provided to Part 5 including any references sought and consideration of any publicly available information
