for the financial year ending 30 June 2020 to the conclusion of the audit for the financial year ending 30 June 2023, with the option to extend for the years ending 30 June 2024 and 30 June 2025.

The contract price for the first year audit is fixed. The fee escalation for subsequent years including optional years will be at the lower rate of Consumer Price Index Sydney (ABS Catalogue 6401.4) or 2.5%.
