Developed and implement the Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan this is a 2 year plan. The purpose of our RAP is to make a public commitment to reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and

communities through meaningful engagement and the development of effective partnerships with Aboriginal communities.

This RAP also articulates PDNSW’s commitment to identifying and creating employment opportunities across the workplace, including senior executive roles for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
