Particulars of the goods or services to be provided under this contract

The Professional Services Contractor is engaged to provide expert strategic and statutory planing advice to the Central Precinct Renewal Project (CPRP) team in relation to the Central Precinct being designated as a State Significant Precinct (SPP).

The Contractor is intially engaged for Phase 1, with Options to be engaged for Phase 2 and Phase 3, noting that information about Options will be published as required if they are exercised.

The scope of services for all Phases include, but iis not limited to:

provision of strategic and statutory planning advice to ensure alignment with policy and objectives,
identification and advice on the management of statutory planning risks,
participation in relevant design/ engineering meeting and providing input into key deliverables,
supporting the CPRP team in its liaison with relevant planning assessment agencies and authorities,
additional planning advisory services for the RTS and finalisation of the SSP,
Extension of Time
additional services associated with responses to DPHI.

Phase 1 - Services and advice related to the review of the draft SSP Study Requirements.

Phase 2 - Services and advice related to the preparation of the SSP Study for public exhibition.

Phase 3 - Services and advice related to the finalisation of the SSP Study following public exhibition.
