Non-Price/Qualitative Criteria: Capability of Tenderer as demonstrated through a minimum of three (3) case studies of highly similar/equivalent upgrade works to a achieve a premium finish for users/patrons. Capacity of Tenderer as demonstrated through Contractor Representative, Key Personnel and/or Trade Managers including proposed subcontractors for the Works. Works Program including detailed breakdown of the works as a Gantt Chart (or equivalent), and articulation of unique approach and methodology to the Works over the critical path from Monday 8 July to Tuesday 6 August 2024 (30 Days) and then 10 to 21 August (12 Days); and delivery of the defect free Practical Completion by the hard deadline of 2:00pm Thursday, 12 September 2024. Proposed improvements and/or proposed added value to finalise design elements associated with the Works which could benefit the outcome(s) of the project.	50%
Price Criteria: Lump sum price for the Works including sensitive analysis of all schedule of rates.	50%
