Evaluation Criteria Weighting

Non-Price/Qualitative Criteria:

• Tenderer’s Demonstrated Capability, Capacity, and experience to deliver the Scope of Works including the nominated Project Team and Subcontractors.

• Methodology for staging the works in accordance with Tender requirements, working and coordination with other contractors, safety approach, site plan, proposed plant and equipment, communication with the Principal’s Authorised Person, interface between contractors, etc) and accommodating the Venues/Sites schedule of Events. Also includes proposed warranties and technical data.

• Tenderer’s ability to deliver the project within the shortest timeframe demonstrating logical sequence with sufficient details adhering to the requirements outlined in the tender documentation and adherence to the venues ongoing operations and events schedule.

Price Criteria:

• Whole of Life Price inclusive of the Tenderer’s Lump Sum Price for the delivery of the packages of Works as defined in the Scope of Works and Project Brief. The Whole of Life Price may include sensitivity analysis and modelling of any Variable Schedule of Rates Tendered as they may relate to any out-of-scope variations including potential impacts of Event Stand Down Periods/Delay Costs.
