Evaluation of temporary housing programs in response to Northern Rivers flooding from Feb 2022, and Central West flooding from Aug 2022. NSW Reconstruction Authority (RA) is seeking to conduct a program of evaluations of the current temporary housing programs in the Northern Rivers and Central West to assess progress against intended outcomes and inform improvements for both current and future temporary housing programs. We are seeking a single independent evaluator to conduct evaluations to ensure continuity and learnings.
