Particulars of the goods or services to be provided under this contract

The scope of services include:

Provide constructability and staging advice to the Project to inform the review and development of design and the Project program as directed by the Principal from time to time;
As part of this design and program review and investigation provide input into the IDE’s construction methodologies and provide advice regarding risks and opportunities with respect to cost, time and quality;
Lead constructability workshops to develop most feasible and efficient delivery strategy noting the constraints of Sydney Trains possession program;
Identify value for money strategies which may streamline construction timeframes; and
Provide input to communication, third party, property, utility and engineering teams for any construction related queries.

Note: This engagement has since been extended and varied for continued provision of services, including:

development of Technical Maintenance Plans
additional Similarity Reports
due diligence review for More Trains, More Services (MTMS) Stage 3
Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) reports development
facilitation of lessons learnt exercise.
