Value for Money assessments were carried out by Subject Matter Experts in Asset Management in conjunction with External Commercial Advisors showed that the proposed Asset Management Plan of the contractor provided greater value for money for Asset Owner (TAHE) and Asset Operator (TfNSW) in the long term.
