Particulars of the goods or services to be provided under this contract

The Independent Probity Advisor Services for the Parramatta Light Rail Project will provide Services as follows:

• prepare a project specific probity plan for the Parramatta Light Rail Project which captures the procurement of both professional services contracts and major works package(s)

• review the Invitation to Tender and Addendum documents from a probity perspective and provide advice if necessary

• provide advice on the management of confidentiality and conflicts of interest

• review and provide advice on TfNSW probity strategies

• carry out audits of other professional services contractor to ensure compliance with the probity requirements

• investigate and report on any suspect or actual probity breaches relating to the Parramatta Light Rail Project
