Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of a program and project management software solution (PPMS) that will provide a platform to manage all of Council’s projects. The system must primarily effectively manage the Capital Works Program which consists of at least 400 projects per year. In addition to Program management, the software must also manage individual projects from forward works planning through to delivery completion and project closeout.

The software must be user friendly, provide access to accurate and useful project information and integrate with Council’s current corporate systems, the primary one being the MS SharePoint 2013 Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS).

The software will be used by multiple departments within Council and must be versatile enough to suit different types of projects, from simple to complex.
